The Process
Once you are on our mailing list (Sign up below by leaving you email address), you will receive weekly property deals.
- If you like the look of the deal, send us a text on 07936600184 with the reference number/title.
-We will give you a call and go through the deal with you via phone, skype, facetime, facebook call.
- If you decide to go through, We will send you a Non Disclosure Agreement and invoice for reservation fee (the money will be safely deposited into our client account and will fully refund if the deal does not go through due to our fault or the fault from vendor side). However, if you decide to not continue half way through the process for your own reasons, administration fee will be deducted.
- We will then disclose full details of the deal including address.
-We will inform the agents/vendors and the property will be marked as SSTC.
- The purchase goes through as a normal sale
- Full sourcing fee is payable on exchange of contracts.
However, we are happy to assist throughout the deal by providing you with a power team of solicitor, broker, management team. Just ask. We care about you.
